Rodgers Brothers Inc. d/b/a Monongahela Capital Management collects non-public personal information about our clients from the client when opening an account at our firm.

Rodgers Brothers restricts access to the personal and account information of clients to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to the client. Rodgers Brothers maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the client’s nonpublic personal information.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
