Gary Rodgers,
born July 5, 1951, is the Chief Executive Officer of Rodgers
Brothers, Inc. He attended the University of Pittsburgh,
graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in
1973. Gary began his investment career as a Registered
Representative with Legg, Mason Masten & Co. (formerly A.E.
Masten,) a broker/dealer located in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania. Gary was one of the founders of Rodgers
Brothers, Inc. in 1985. In his position at the company,
Gary holds multiple registrations including general
securities representative, general securities principal,
registered options principal, municipal securities
principal, and senior registered options principal and
registered option representative. Gary is also a 50%
shareholder and on the investment committee for Monongahela
Capital Management, the Investment Advisor branch of Rodgers
Brothers.
Mark Rodgers,
born June 29, 1954, is the President of Rodgers Brothers,
Inc. He attended Pennsylvania Sate University, and
graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Mark is a Certified Public Accountant. Mark began his
investment career at Legg Mason Masten & Co. as a
Registered Representative. He became a Vice President at
Legg Mason Mastern & Co. before leaving in 1985 to co-found
Rodgers Brothers, Inc. He holds registrations for general
securities principal, chief financial officers and a general
securities representative. Mark is also a 50% shareholder
and on the investment committee for Monongahela Capital
Management, the Investment Advisor branch of Rodgers
Brothers. |
